HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED?

We collect personal information through publicly-available forums, including LinkedIn and job boards; directly over the telephone and in person; via our website; and by way of referral from other individuals and from recruitment bodies. We may also receive information from current members who are looking to introduce their friends, colleagues and peers to our services from time to time.
HOW WE WILL USE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  1. To perform a contract that we have with our members/clients or employees. This might include passing personal information to prospective hirers and to third party payroll providers.
  2. To market and sell our services to prospective members/clients.
  3. To introduce members/clients to our brand partners.

DATA SECURITY

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal information to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so.

Our organisation utilises Force24’s marketing automation platform.
Force24 cookies are first party cookies and are enabled at the point of cookie acceptance on this website.

  • They allow us to understand our audience engagement thus allowing better optimisation of marketing activity.

    f24_autoId - This is a temporary identifier on a local machine or phone browser that helps us track anonymous information to be later married up with f24_personid. If this is left anonymous it will be deleted after 6 months . Non-essential, first party, 10 years, persistent.

    f24_personId - This is an ID generated per individual contact in the Force24 system to be able to track behaviour and form submissions into the Force24 system from outside sources per user. This is used for personalisation and ability to segment decisions for further communications. Non-essential, first party, 10 years, persistent.

    The information stored by Force24 cookies remains anonymous until:
