When I completed university, I became registered paediatric nurse. I did this for 16yrs in one hospital and I loved it; but after the pandemic I decided to change tact and put the skills I'd learned to good use in the recruitment industry.

One thing you must be able to do as a nurse is care for your patients and their families. You need to be able to communicate effectively and in a tactile manner, be able to demonstrate good listening and remain approachable at all times. My role at Greystone is no different.

I've never worked in traditional recruitment and I wouldn't want to. The ethics just aren't there. 

In my free time I'm a huge fan of the great outdoors. I love camping and taking the dogs up in to The South Downs, although a good boxset doesn't go a miss! I also love live music and theatre and would be super keen to try my hand at amateur dramatics one day.

I am a huge fan of being outside, being active and exploring new places. Prior to Greystone I spent many years leading a global recruitment agency, Matchtech Group. A fantastic company and a period of my career I am immensely proud of.
